I need your help with my next PLR project please

Hello,

I'm currently working on my next PLR video project and it is on
creating Membership sites with WordPress & free plugins.

Where I could use your help at is this...

Do I assume the buyer if these videos already has a working
WordPress site and I just provide training on how to make that
into a Membership site?

OR

Do I assume nothing and start the series with videos like getting a
domain name, web hosting, installing & setting up WordPress then
setting up the Membership site?

My gut says to assume nothing & provide a more complete series
but I've read in Forums and elsewhere that the video series should
"get to the point" & quit adding the fluff.

Personally I would not consider the added training as fluff but
I'm not the one buying the videos - you are (hopefully).
