It seems like every time you turn around someone is
promoting a new video player.
While some of these video players offer some awesome
features, NONE of them allow you to display your own
pre-roll or banner ads on your videos.
You see these video ads on YouTube videos that show
up before the actual video begins or a banner shows
up in the lower third of the video. Then if you click
on the ad you are taken to the advertisers landing
page.
