Hope you had a great weekend. Mine was productive and painful.

The painful part come from my new toy which I have named 'The Beast'. It is the Max Trainer M7 from Bowflex and it is kicking my butt. I thought I was in decent shape and this was going to help with my cardio.

What it has done is made me consider giving up cigars altogether.
